- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility for Return: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Refund Process: After we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the exchange.
Some items, such as sale merchandise and intimate apparel, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
